Another dress that I really love and it's like wearing a nightgown, couldn't be because it's made from flannel, ha! I saw this on sale at Joann's this winter for about four dollars a yard. The colors were so vibrant that I had to get a few yards of this and some tie-dye flannel as well. No problems with the fit, just adjusted the upper arms on the sleeves and everything else was spot on.
My mom made her mother of the bride dress from this pattern (for my brother's wedding). She used a beautiful brocade fabric and still has the dress. And my brother is still married after all these years to his wonderful wife.
Got a few compliments when I wore this and that is always nice.
This would make a really cut summer dress.
